NO LOITERING

Why post a sign when nobody pays attention and it's not enforced?

It wasn't the sign so much as their pointing it out to me and I didn't even have my laptop with me.

I looked around and observed others who were "busy" but they didn't seem to be eating.

 

 Sleeping is OK, but no loitering.

 



Studying/meditating is OK too

Oh, it's OK to run your "business", just no loitering.

Wants to be a nurse. Well I can't argue with that. I just hope she's not MY nurse after over-hearing the conversation..

 

Drawing and playing is OK, but no loitering.

 

By the way, when I passed by two hours later, they were still busy. I guess that's different from loitering.
